Your responses will help us prepare everything you need to feel right at home and ensure your time with us is powerful, seamless, and unforgettable.

SERVICE DETAILS AND SCHEDULE
Our Sunday worship experience begins at 10:00 AM, so please plan to arrive at the church no later than 9:00 AM. This will give you time to get comfortable with the sanctuary, café, restrooms, and overall layout of our facility. At approximately 9:30 AM, we gather for our pre-service huddle and a time of prayer—covering the service, our congregation, and that week’s missionary. We would love for you to join us for this meaningful moment of unity and preparation.
For your reference, we typically use a handheld microphone and a black bistro table instead of a traditional podium. Guest speakers are allotted 45 minutes to minister.
We also encourage every message to conclude with an altar call. Our prayer team will be available to greet and pray with those who respond. If you’d prefer, Pastor Cornell can lead this portion of the service—though please don’t feel obligated to defer if you’re comfortable leading it yourself.

SERVICE ATTIRE
Our church family embraces a casual, comfortable atmosphere. Pastor Cornell typically wears a button-down shirt, jeans, and dress shoes. So feel free to wear whatever helps you feel relaxed and ready to minister.
SERMON NOTES AND MATERIALS
At Metro, we love using visuals to help communicate the Gospel in powerful and creative ways. This often includes sermon slides, a sermon video, prop, and more.
Our production team would be honored to take your sermon notes—along with any highlighted key points for the screen—and design the finalized sermon graphics for your message.
To ensure we have ample time to prepare, please email all sermon notes and materials by 10:00 AM on the Thursday prior to the Sunday you’ll be ministering at Metro. Materials can be sent to: audiovisual@metroassembly.org.
As a courtesy, a copy of your finalized sermon graphics will be sent to you before service, and an audio recording of your message will be forwarded to you afterwards.

HONORARIUM AND W9 FORM
As part of our standard accounting process, we kindly ask that all guest speakers complete a W-9 form prior to their visit. This ensures that we can process your honorarium promptly and in compliance with federal guidelines.
You may complete the form directly through the IRS link below and email it to our office at bookkeeper@metroassembly.org or bring a printed copy with you on the day of service.
